Because we want your time at our salon to be a relaxing and soothing experience from the inside out, we have put together some simple guidelines to help us do this better.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Gift cards are redeemable only when presented at the time of service.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24-hours notice will be charged at full value.

As a courtesy to our spa guests, please do not bring children.

Please turn off cell phones and pagers upon entering the salon.

We provide spa guests a locker with a key to store belongings. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and we encourage you to leave your valuables at home.

18% gratuity added for parties of four or more.

Retail Policy: No refunds, exchanges only within 14 days with receipt.

We do not guarantee the longevity of color services performed by our technicians without the use of suggested professional products at home.
