Our Policies

Because we want your time at our salon to be a relaxing and soothing experience from the inside out, we have put together some simple guidelines to help us do this better.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

  • Gift cards are redeemable only when presented at the time of service.

  • Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24-hours notice will be charged at full value.

  • As a courtesy to our spa guests, please do not bring children.

  • Please turn off cell phones and pagers upon entering the salon.

  • We provide spa guests a locker with a key to store belongings. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and we encourage you to leave your valuables at home.

  • Prices are subject to change.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.

  • We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

  • 18% gratuity added for parties of four or more.

  • Retail Policy: No refunds, exchanges only within 14 days with receipt.

  • Please notify us with any issues within 5 days of any performed service(s).

  • We do not guarantee the longevity of color services performed by our technicians without the use of suggested professional products at home.
